Frequently asked questions
Should I rest my back?
For most back pain, staying gently active helps more than bed rest. We will show you which movements are safe and helpful for your back.
Do I need an X-ray or MRI first?
Most back and neck pain does not need imaging before starting physical therapy. If we find signs that need further testing, we will refer you to your doctor.
